Terms of use

Current scope
The MeritMemo website introduces the product, shows fictional examples and provides an email request route. The demo is not live transcription, model inference or a full app trial, and is not evidence of actual client-project outcomes.
Beta requests
A request does not imply an invitation, an immediately downloadable build or a fixed response time. Availability, installation and test requirements are confirmed in actual invitations. This website has no payment, subscription or purchase flow.
Reviewing and using content
Review structured results and summaries. Preserve their sources, do not treat unsupported summaries as completed work, and do not use example data in real career materials. Record and share only content you are entitled to handle.
Third-party services and backup
Third-party AI accounts, charges, limits and data policies are governed by the respective providers. Check configuration and back up important records. The current version does not promise cloud sync or identical availability on every device.
