Privacy starts with clarity

Know where your records go.

01

Saved locally

Work records are stored locally. iCloud cross-device sync is not enabled in the current version. You can export a backup.

02

Offline, with preparation

Offline transcription requires a downloaded model. On-device structuring depends on your system, device and model availability. Local rule-based structuring is also available.

03

Cloud services are optional

If you configure and authorize a third-party AI service, text used for structuring is sent to that provider. API keys are stored in system Keychain. Review the provider’s own data policy.

Capture on the device that fits

Keep it now. Revisit it later.

iPhone

Capture voice or text and review memories with their sources. iOS 18 or later.

iPad

Browse records and reviews on a larger screen. iPadOS 18 or later; automatic iPhone–iPad sync is not currently promised.

Apple Watch

The companion captures audio and transfers it to a paired iPhone. watchOS 11 or later; distributed installation and transfer still require device validation.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

Does this website record audio or call AI?

No. The demo plays predefined fictional examples. It does not request microphone access, call models or accept real work content.

Can I use the app offline?

Local records and reviews work offline. Offline transcription needs a model downloaded in advance. Third-party cloud structuring needs a connection.

Do records sync automatically across devices?

iCloud record sync is not enabled. Paired Watch transfer and iPhone–iPad record sync are separate capabilities. Export important records for backup.

How do I request an invitation?

Use the request link below. This site does not guarantee an immediate download or an open TestFlight build. Invitations, device requirements and available builds are confirmed separately.

Can I export my records?

The app includes JSON, structured text and review-image exports. Check content and remove sensitive client, team or personal information before sharing.
